The Paleo Diary - Day 9

Breakfast: Paleo apple-cinnamon muffins with strawberries

Lunch: Fruits and more muffins (I just can't get enough lol)

Dinner: Paleo Cioppino (no potatoes, all natural/organic) - mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops and lobster in tomato/clam sauce with carrots, celery, garlic, shallots, basil, parsley, red chili flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper

Night Snack: Apple

I love my hubby!! He is making my Paleo diet way easier by coming up with amazing food ideas. However, Erin/Adam (from Crossfit and Riverhorse) inspired this one.
It was so good! Thanks baby!!!! =)
