The Paleo Diary - Day 4

Breakfast: Paleo Apple-cinnamon Muffins  , a dish of strawberries, raspberries and 1/4 banana.

Lunch: Organic spinach salad with homemade strawberry vinaigrette, raspberries and onions

Dinner: Chicken Piccata with organic baby carrots and cauliflower - Chicken Piccata: organic chicken breast, seasoned with garlic and black peppers, sauteed in organic chicken stock, onions, garlic, half of squeezed lemon, 1/8 cup of white wine, a teaspoon of vegan/non dairy butter, capers, salt and black pepper.

Night Snack: Apple and clementine

The Paleo Apple-cinnamon Muffins are delicious!! I am in love and ready to try other flavors!!
