The Paleo Diary - Day 8

Breakfast: Paleo apple-cinnamon muffins with strawberries and a 1/4 banana + coffee with almond milk

Lunch: Pineapple with strawberries

Dinner: Almond flour crusted organic chicken and cauliflower, topped with organic marinara sauce

Night Snack: Clementines

I just cannot get enough of my paleo muffins <3 . This is my new favorite thing in the world! lol
I cooked for dinner a Paleo version of chicken parmesan (without cheese).. and it was very good!

Can you believe its been a week since I started the Paleo?
