The Paleo Diary - Day 5

Breakfast: Paleo apple-cinnamon muffins with a side of strawberries and 1/4 banana

Lunch: Unsalted almonds

Dinner: Ground Beef Tacos: Grass-fed ground beef in butter lettuce, topped with homemade pico de gallo and organic baby carrots.

Night Snack: Apple

Today was a day to finish my left-overs. They were still so good! I am bringing my two last muffins to work tomorrow. It will be my first day working in the restaurant since I started the diet.. wish me luck!!
